SILVER BAY, MN— AmericInn International will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 61-room limited service property here in October. The new hotel, which will be located in the Silver Bay Business Park, is owned by Superior View Properties, LLC, a group of primarily local business people. The three-story property is expected to open in the spring of 2003. AmericInn currently has more than 200 properties open or under development.
