CHICAGO— David Nadelman, general manager of the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque, the citys largest downtown hotel, is leaving his position to head a sister Hyatt in Boston. Nadelman, who has managed the 395-room Albuquerque Hyatt for three years, will be replaced by Karl Holme, senior food and beverage director for the Hyatt Regency Dallas. Holme takes over April 14. Holme has been food and beverage director of the 1,122-room Dallas Hyatt, the citys third largest hotel, since 1997.
