DALLAS—Hotel real estate and management firm Aimbridge Hospitality, with its development partner, JMI Realty, and equity partner, Merrill Lynch Global Principal Investments, is set to renovate interiors at 10 Phoenix Inn Suites at a cost of more than $6 million. The properties, which were acquired by all three entities last April, are located in Oregon and Washington. The assets will be repositioned as part of Aimbridge’s strategy to grow the company while providing “strong returns” to its partners. The renovations are slated to be completed by mid-year.
