AH&MA s Multiunit Forum Kicks Off

DENVER This year s AH&MA Multiunit Lodging Operators & Owners Forum has kicked off at The Brown Palace Hotel here and will run through Tuesday, March 6. The event, which was desgined with management company executives and owners of multiple properties in mind, is focusing on raising equity, sales productivity and e-commerce. Other topics include ethics, customer service and employee retention.

Speakers at this years forum include Gary Williams, president/Coakley & Williams Hotel Management Co. and conference chairman; Roger Cline, director/hospitality consulting services, Arthur Andersen; Sean Hennessey, director/PricewaterhouseCoopers; and John Davis, president/CEO, Pegasus Systems.

The event normally held immediately following the AH&MA s Legislative Action Summit (LAS) in Washington, DC (held last week) is being held here to give executives on the West Coast a better opportunity to attend, according to the AH&MA. (3/2/01) Barbara Capella Loehr
