WASHINGTON, DC—- The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) is offering its members the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) CapEX 2000 report. As noted by the organization, for the first time, AH&LA affiliates can receive specially priced copies of this exclusive study examining capital expenditure, renovation, and maintenance expense patterns in U.S. lodging properties. The CapEx 2000 report— a survey-based study drawing on data from more than 500 hotels representing 22 brands and independent properties— is available to AH&LA members for $195 (reflecting a $100 discount from the regular price).
