After 28 Years Of Ownership, Micro Pacific Sells Saipan Hotel

SAIPAN, MARIANA ISLANDS— Asia Pacific Hotels Inc. is the new owner of the Saipan Grand Hotel here. Micro Pacific Development, Inc. sold the 224-room property to Asia Pacific. CB Richard Ellis negotiated the sale for Micro Pacific with the assistance of Tim Goodwin of Pacific Rim International. Micro Pacific had owned and operated the asset since its opening in 1977. Hotel amenities include two swimming pools, several restaurants, a dance club, a wedding chapel, tennis courts, a ballroom and several meeting rooms.
