TORONTO— Warren Adamson has resigned as president/COO of AFM Hospitality Corp., effective next March 31. Adamson, who joined the company in 1997, will continue as a director and a special strategic consultant to the company,. according to a Dow Jones Business report. Adamson said hes seeking “new challenges within the Canadian hospitality industry.” Through its subsidiaries, AFM Hospitality operates or has open and/or executed franchise and management agreements with more than 200 hotels, restaurants and other nationally franchised service businesses throughout North America.
