AFM Hosp. Acquires 10 Management Contracts From Heyde Hosp.

TORONTO— AFM Hospitality Corp. announced that through its subsidiary Northwest Lodging International, it has successfully acquired a significant portfolio of 10 new management agreements from Heyde Hospitality of Chippewa Falls, WI. The deal includes the management agreements of 10 hotels with more than 1,000 rooms located in Minnesota and Wisconsin, with eight operating under the Park Plaza and Park Inns brands, as well as one independent resort and one Victorian Inn.
