ST. LOUIS— Since its inception in the summer of 2000, Adam’s Mark has paid nearly $1.6 million in Gold Marks Rewards. It is the first guest loyalty program offered by a major hotel chain that pays awards in actual dollars. Membership in the rewards program has grown to 263,000 participants. These guests earn rewards based on spending levels at any of the chain’s properties, as well as visits to the hotels’ lounges, restaurants, and other facilities. Checks are mailed on a quarterly basis.
