NEW YORK—The Ace Hotel Group has finalized the consolidation of ownership of the company.

The hospitality company is exclusively held by three active partners—Brad Wilson, Kelly Sawdon, and Stefanos Economou—who are developing a strategic growth plan with a focus on Asia Pacific, Europe and U.S. domestic markets. This year, openings are planned for Ace Hotels in Kyoto, Japan and Toronto.

Ace Hotel Group is seeking to expand its newest brands—Sister City a thoughtfully designed hotel, and Maison de la Luz, a luxury guest house portfolio property.

“We are happy to announce the finalization of the partnership consolidation as it settled partnership disputes in a way which is beneficial to the future of the company,” said Brad Wilson, partner, Ace Hotel Group. “We are now able to move forward with a united vision shared by all partners.”
