Accor Makes Management Changes

Paris— Accor has announced that André Martinez has taken over the function of managing director of economy hotels, replacing Didier Gros, who has decided to pursue other career opportunities. With the move, Christian Karaoglanian takes over the function of managing director for hotel development, replacing Martinez.
