NEW YORK— France-based hotel operator Accor and Jinjiang Group, a China-based hotel group, have inked a joint venture agreement to expand their business in Shanghai, via marketing and distribution strategies. The joint venture will establish three marketing and distribution centers in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing, involving 53 Jinjiang hotels and 15 Accor hotels throughout China. In addition, a Chinese-based website will be opened on the Accor Registration System (ARS).
