PARIS— Accor SA has named Andre Martinez to its management board, with responsibility for economy hotels in Europe, with responsibility for hotel operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East to be added during 2003, according to a Dow Jones report. Martinez, previously managing director of Accors economy hotel operations, replaces Sven Boinet, whose term of office has expired, Accor said. Accors board also renewed the mandates of chairman/chief executive Jean-Marc Espalioux and board members Benjamin Cohen and John Du Monceau for new three-year terms. SOURCE: Dow Jones
