NAPLES, FL— Bonita Springs-headquartered ABP Hospitality Management, LLC, recently signed a third-party agreement to manage the Ramada Inn and Conference Center Plant City Florida, its first property in the southeastern United States. According to chief executive officer Alex Passacantando, the management partnership will allow ABP to take the property to “the next level.” The property has 270 guestrooms, an outdoor pool, a 200-seat restaurant, lounge plus a 5,980-square-foot conference center that seats 500 banquet-style, with an additional 3,067-square-foot breakout room space. As for changes planned at the property, Passacantando commented that the property is undergoing a $2M guestroom, restaurant, lobby and conference center renovation, with refurbishment of the parking lot currently underway. Expected completion date is fall 2002.
