LOS CABOS, BAJA CALIFORNIA— Edward Steiner, managing director of Las Ventanas al Paraiso here, has been acclaimed as “one of the finest hoteliers worldwide for 2003” by the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences (AAHS). The award was presented to Steiner— who has called the shots at Las Ventanas since the Rosewood Hotels & Resorts-managed property opened in 1997— during the AAHS 2003 International Five-Star Diamond Award Ceremony and Dinner at The Hotel Adlon in Berlin, Germany.
