Developed by the DYL Development Group, the 23-story, two-tower property is known as the W Fort Lauderdale and the Residences at W Fort Lauderdale. Featuring interiors designed by Clodagh Design, the W Fort Lauderdale features the Whiskey Blue bar and lounge, a Steak 954 restaurant, a Bliss spa, a Sweat fitness facility, the Wired business center, 18,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space and 517 keys, including 16 suites, 38 one-bedroom units, 102 two-bedroom units, one Wow suite and a signature extreme Wow suite. Later this year, W Hotels will open the nearby W South Beach and the Residences at W South Beach.
