2 Waikiki Hotels Face Foreclosure

HONOLULU Two Waikiki resort properties owned by longtime developer Simon Bebb face foreclosure by GE Capital Hawaii, which filed a foreclosure suit claiming $12 million in deliquent loans. GE Capital is seeking to forclose on the Continental Surf hotel and on the twin-tower Kuhio Village Resorts. (12/12/00)
