JACKSONVILLE, FL Asutosh Hotels has started construction on two Wingate Inn hotels here, both of which are expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2001. A four-story, 81-room property will be located on I-95 at the Jacksonville Airport, while another four-story, 104-room hotel will be locatred in Windsor commons Park. (12/7/00)
