MEMPHIS, TN As part of the Balanced Scorecard program to measure quality assurance and customer satisfaction at Embassy Suites Hotels, 15 Embassy properties earned top scores. They outperformed the more than 140 participating properties for the year 2000.
The top-performing Embassy Suites Hotels are located in Florida, Texas, Oregon, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Nebraska, and Puerto Rico. Each hotel will receive a trophy and will be honored at celebratory receptions later this year. (2/21/01)
