ORLANDO Hilton Hotels Corp. will celebrate the opening of its 100th franchised Garden Inn hotel slated to open here in May with a nationwide charity event called the “FUN-DRAISER.”
To celebrate the opening, Hilton is asking each of its 100 Garden Inn properties to raise $1,000 each, which will be given to a community charity in the area in which the hotel resides. Each hotel is being sent a “tool kit” public relations package to provide information about how to choose a local charity and go about raising the money.
